USE OF COOKIES AND THE ACTIVITY FILE

The provider itself, or through a third party contracted to provide measuring services, may employ cookies when a user navigates on the website. Cookies are files sent to the browser by means of a web server with the aim of registering the activities of the user during his or her navigation time.

The cookies used by the website are only associated to an anonymous user and his or her computer, and do not provide personal details of the user.

The use of cookies enables the server, where the website is located, to recognise the web browser employed by the user for the purpose of making navigation simpler (for example, allowing users who have previously registered to access areas, services, promotions or competitions exclusively reserved for them, without having to register in every visit). They are also used to measure audience and traffic parameters and to control the progress and number of visits.

The user has the possibility of configuring his or her browser to be advised of the reception of cookies and prevent their installation on his or her PC. Please consult the instructions and manuals of your browser for more information.

The user does not necessarily have to allow the installation of cookies sent by the website, or the third party acting on its behalf, to use the website. However, the user needs to log in and start a session to use the services for which prior registration is required.

The cookies used on this website are, in any case, of a temporary nature and will be solely used for the purpose of making the subsequent transmission more efficient. Under no circumstances will the cookies be used to gather personal information.

IP ADDRESSES

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is registered by the server in a duly registered log file, which allows the subsequent processing of the data with the only objective of obtaining statistical measurements that will help the provider to know the number of page print-outs, the number of visits made to the web services, the order of these visits, the point of access, etc.

Any contracting process or process that involves the input of highly personal details (health, ideology…) will always be transmitted by means of safe communication protocols (https://,…), so that no third party may access the information that is transmitted electronically.
